Design comes after the blank: Hunting & Outdoor, Dance, Sports, Ridge & Krest, upload your own art, or ask Kelly for design help. Production method stays a Ridge & Krest decision.

No Returns or Exchanges

Ridge & Krest Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. Custom and personalized products are made to order and are final sale.

Before You Approve Your Order

Please review sizing, color, artwork, placement, spelling, quantities, and other custom specifications before approving an order. Customer-approved specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of preference, sizing choice, or approved design details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact Ridge & Krest Designs promptly so the issue can be reviewed. When appropriate, Ridge & Krest may repair, replace, or refund the affected item as an order correction. This does not create a general return or exchange program.

Cancellations

Contact Ridge & Krest Designs as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for Approved Order Corrections

If Ridge & Krest approves a refund for an order issue, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance is controlled by the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is a $9.95 flat rate. Free local pickup in Grants Pass is available when offered at checkout. Shipping outside the United States is not currently available through the online store.
